The piece I received was made by Ibu S. Aminah. Coincidentally, it is the same name as my great grandma!

I love how this kebaya can be dressed down but also up depending on how I pair it! If I want to wear this kebaya for something more laidback, I'd pair it with a pair of shorts and it still works! But if I want to wear it for a more ceremonial or formal event, this kebaya still does wonders too! I especially love just how soft and airy the fabric feels on my skin, which feels like second skin. This piece is so precious, I'd wear it with extra care. Considering it's handmade by Ibus, I treat this piece the way I would treat an artwork – with extra care, fondness and appreciation.
