Announcements 10/10 Returns This Tuesday: The 2nd Annual Celebration With Our Most Exclusive Drops

Well, it's October once again and we are right around the corner from our second-ever 10/10 event. For those of you who don't know the significance of this day, or why we chose this date, here's a brief rundown. Think of it like Hodinkee's version of Prime Day, bringing unique launches and exclusive drops to members of the Hodinkee Community (old, and new) with pricing and deals that you can only find here, and only find on 10/10.

But, again, why 10/10? Well, as our own CEO Jeffery Fowler outlined last year, the numbers 10 and 10 are symbolic in our world of watches. Look at almost any photo of a watch and you'll notice the hands are set at 10:10. It's sort of the standard in watch photography and we couldn't think of a better day to celebrate these timekeeping objects we love.

10/10 is, to be fully transparent, a day to shop, it's a day full of deals and special releases that will only exist on this day. One year ago, those exclusive deals included releasing one modern Rolex steel sports watch, every hour – on the hour – at the original retail price.

For this second edition, we won't just be focusing on "grab 'em before you miss 'em" launches (though we will have those). We'll also offer exclusive bundles, and a truly unique opportunity to grab a watch that we're so excited to share that it's hard to keep it a secret for four more days.
