It generally takes us 3 to 5 business days after you submit your watch to do all the research on your specific watch model and get back to you with a quote. We don’t do ballparks because we want to ensure we have all the information available on your model to give you an accurate quote the first time. We will always lead with our best offer. While a vast majority of offers do not change, there might be a few reasons that an offer can decrease after being received by our authenticators and watchmakers. The most common reasons for a reduction include submitting the wrong model number, a non-accurate depiction of condition or included accessories, or a required regulation or service required after extensive testing. Understanding the condition of your watch and the accessories it comes with will certainly help you decide if you'd like to follow through with sending in your watch for the final offer. If at any time you decide to decline the final offer, we will mail your watch back to you fully insured and free of charge.
