I love these little hearts so much! My daughter struggles with separation anxiety and these have really helped her when I drop her off at daycare! We say Otter's affirmation, and I put kisses into the pocket for her to have throughout the day. It's so cute when she "pulls" on out of the pocket and puts in on her cheek! I use this with my little one whenever I leave! They keep their “Mommy heart” and it helps the connection stay present whenever unsteadiness arrives in my absence. I am a single stay at home mom, and this resource has helped bridge the gap for us when I have to leave. I’ve found myself taking my heart out of my bag when I am missing my little one too, and sure enough, it helps.
