How does the Just Thrive subscription program work?

To start your subscription: 

  1. Shop for your Just Thrive favorites 
  2. Select the “subscription” option
  3. Choose your subscription frequency (how often you want to receive your deliveries)
  4. Add your product to your cart. 
  5. Sit back, relax, and get ready to feel ridiculously awesome

As a subscriber, you can edit, pause, cancel or change your subscription schedule anytime. And we'll always send you an email BEFORE your order ships, so there’s no surprises. 

After you create your first subscription, you can manage your upcoming orders in your Just Thrive member portal.

How do I choose a frequency?

Each Just Thrive product page has information that can help you understand how long the product will last. Check the FAQ or ingredients section near the product description to find out how many servings are in each bottle.

Choose the frequency that you feel best fits your needs. Many Just Thrive customers prefer a monthly subscription to ensure they never run out (meaning you can keep your health momentum going!)

Remember: With our subscription member portal, you can easily edit, skip, or pause your next delivery, including your delivery frequency.

How can I add or remove items in my subscription?

To add items: Simply log in to our subscription portal and click “Add new Subscription”. Select your new subscription, and then click “Start subscription”.

To remove items: Select “Manage Subscription” from the Just Thrive home page navigation, and select your subscription order. Scroll down to the “cancel subscription” button to finalize. Simple as that!

How do I reschedule or delay my subscription?

Select “Manage Subscription” from the Just Thrive home page navigation, and select the subscription order you would like to change. You can skip, reschedule, or delay your upcoming subscription.

If you want to place your order early, tap on the button that says “Order Now” and confirm your selection.

To change how often your subscription arrives, tap the “Subscription Delivery Interval” link. Select your preferred frequency from the dropdown menu. Updating your frequency will not affect the date of your next order. The frequency of your subscription orders will change after your next order date. 

To change the date of your next order, tap the “Reschedule” button at the top of your subscription and select your preferred order date. Updating your order date does not affect your frequency.

You can change your order date up to 48 hours before your next scheduled order. 

How do I cancel my subscription?

Select “Manage Subscription” from the Just Thrive home page navigation, select the subscription you’d like to cancel, scroll down to the "Cancel Subscription" button. This will cancel all future shipments of your subscription order.

When will I receive my order?

For domestic orders placed on our website, you can expect the order to process within 1-3 business days. After your order ships, most orders are received within 3-5 business days.

Is there a guarantee?
