So incredibly impressed with how easy this process was and the quick turnaround time for our knives to be returned. Our knives are extremely sharp, even sharper than the day we bought them. Highly recommend, you will not regret it!

I used a local company that came to the house but they were no longer available. I ordered the package and it seemed to take some time until I got it. So I packed up 7 knives and shipped off on a Friday morning from the East coast to CA. Again seemed like a long time and I reached out the next Wed and they said they just arrived. I was bummed as I thought it was going to take a lot longer. But Friday they showed up at my door. So one week in total. That’s pretty darn good. Knives are sharp with a great edge. I sent cleavers, chef and boning knives, all look great. I will absolutely use them again and recommend Knife Aid. My only negative is that the package is not big enough for a banquet/carving knife. Maybe there is an option I didn’t see. I like the person sharpening the knives puts their name in the package. Great touch.

Great work, loved it; will do every year

In 53 years my Chicago Cutlery were never professional sharpened but only honed by myself. Then I saw Shark Tank. Holy Cow, a few days later my knives are better than factory fresh. Envelope arrived, sent back same hour VIA United Parcel Service and delivered there and back to front door. Score 99 out of 100. In 7th Heaven.

Just received my knives back. Absolutely the best knife service I have ever used. I sent several different categories of knives...all came back like new. One long chef's knife had several chips...you would never know it had been chipped after Knife Aid service. My wife and I are excited about the service we received and are sending a second set of knives for repair and sharpening. Service has a fast turn around. Strongly recommend this service to anyone who needs their knives sharpened properly. Edges on each knife were polished. One Wusthof knife which had been sharpened many times over 40 years of use had become "deformed". Knife Aid did an excellent job of straightening the blade.
