Snibbs are fully vegan, easily cleanable, and slip resistant. Depending on the model, you may benefit from different features! For instance, the Orbit is ultra-breathable, flexible, machine washable, and lightweight while the Spacecloud is water-resistant with an easy slip-on design and optional adjustable lace cages. Snibbs are shipped from our logistics warehouse in Southern California.

Delivery times vary based on where you are located. All orders take 1-2 days to be processed before shipping. Once shipped, free ground shipping packages can take anywhere from 2-7 days to reach you. All packages are shipped from California.

At this time, we do not ship internationally. Standard shipping to the USA is free.

We accept major credit cards such as VISA, Mastercard, and American Express. We also accept Google Pay, as well as offer payment installments through Shop Pay. Payment methods can be chosen on the last page of checkout except for the Express Payment methods (Google Pay and Shop Pay).

To use Shop Pay Installments, use the normal Checkout button and not any of the quick checkout methods (such as Google Pay, etc). After entering your billing and shipping information, you can select Shop Pay Installments as your payment option on the last page of the checkout process.

Rates from 0% APR or 10-36% APR. Payment options through Shop Pay Installments are subject to an eligibility check and are provided by these lending partners: affirm.com/lenders. Options depend on your purchase amount, and a down payment may be required. State notices to consumers affirm.com/licenses.

Refunds are processed immediately after the shoes are inspected at our warehouse. The time it takes to pass inspection varies depending on the day received as well as the existing queue for exchanges or returns. Once received at our warehouse, the shoes enter the inspection queue. After your refund is processed, it may take up to 14 days to post on your bank statement. Payments are processed through Shopify.

At this time, we do not currently come in wide (E or EE) or narrow sizes, but our shoes fit most standard foot widths from A-D. We encourage customers with wide feet to order a half a size up. Or, if you wear women’s sizes, try our men’s shoe, which is designed to be a bit wider than the women’s style! The size converts 1.5x down (for example, a women’s size 9 is a men’s size 7.5).

If the length is good and you have a standard width shoe, you’ve chosen the right fit. If they are extremely tight and uncomfortable, you may need half a size larger.

Fit also depends on whether you wear thin or thick socks. If you tend to wear thicker socks, you may want to size up a half size. Our compression and crew socks are the perfect thickness to accommodate a true-to-size fit.

In our Spacecloud model and Orbit Slip-on model, we suggest sizing up a half size. The rest of our shoes fit true to size. For further sizing advice, please visit our Sizing Guide page for more information. If your Women’s size is unavailable, you may choose a Men’s shoe instead (1.5 sizes down). The only difference is that the Men’s model is slightly wider.

At this time, we don’t offer any steel toe shoes. We may consider this in future product lines.

For Spacecloud, the heel-to-toe drop is 0.68cm.

Yes! Snibbs are certified slip resistant on oil, grease, water and other fluids using the industry standard Brungraber Mark II test.

Yes, in most conditions the upper material of the Snibbs Spacecloud is water-resistant. We’ve engineered them to keep liquids out, while maintaining more breathability than a standard rubber waterproof shoe. The Orbit model is not water-resistant as it’s made of knit.

While Spacecloud and Spacecloud Premium are more breathable than most rubber waterproof shoes, they are less breathable than standard casual sneakers. Too much breathability would cause liquids to penetrate the upper material and get inside your shoes.

The Orbit is ultra breathable as it’s made of premium knit!

We’ve engineered Snibbs using the most robust, yet comfortable materials available. Durability and longevity will depend on the usage conditions, but in most cases they will last significantly longer than your average work shoe.

Yes, our insoles are removable and may be replaced with your own preferred or custom insoles.

We’ve designed Snibbs with a medium arch so that the majority of people can wear them. If you have a high arch, you may need to replace our insoles with your own.

To wash your Spaceclouds, we recommend using a gentle shoe cleaning soap, many of which are widely available online. The bottom outsole and midsole can be cleaned using a soft brush, while the upper can be cleaned using a soft sponge. After, leave them out to air dry.

We don’t recommend using a brush on the upper. We don’t recommend cleaning them in the washer since this can compromise the waterproofing on the shoes.

To wash your Orbits, you may machine wash them in your washing machine, but do not put them in the dryer and instead leave them out to air dry.

RETURNS

We offer a 30 day return policy, which means that you have the ability to try your product(s) on at home on a clean surface, and can send them back to us within 30 days - starting from the day that you received them to your address. You will receive a full refund if the shoes are in their original, brand new condition.

We are unable to accept shoes that have been worn outside or are not clean, including the bottoms.

Shoes that are stained, scruffed, scratched, or damaged will not be accepted.

Returns must have all original packaging and materials. Returns without the original shoebox will be subject to a $5 restocking fee. Do not use the shoe box as a shipping box and do not tape the box.

If you are returning with no exchange, the buyer is responsible for return shipping.

NOTE: International customers are responsible for shipping both ways in the event of an exchange/return.

EXCHANGES

We offer exchanges on shoes as long as they aren't worn and are in brand new condition. Feel free to try them on at home.

If you are simply exchanging your shoes, we will provide the return shipping label.

Snibbs takes great pride in our product and its construction quality. However, sometimes things might slip past us despite our rigorous QC process. If for any reason the shoes you received are defective or damaged, please contact us immediately to remediate the issue!

If your shoes haven’t shipped yet, you may contact our customer service team to cancel your order.

Surgeons need shoes that are extremely comfortable and offer the much-needed foot support. Such shoes require a deep heel cup that aligns the foot with the knees, hips and ankles. This limits pronation and helps reduce pain in the feet and back. Additionally, they need a wider toe box allowing room for the toes to wiggle and thereby ensuring blood flow.  Shoes for surgeons, also need a supportive insole which prevents fatigue and an ergonomic midsole that reduces strain on the various parts of the foot. At Snibbs, we offer shoes with the above features that can offer all-day comfort to surgeons as they go about their hectic days.

A large part of a nurse’s day (and night) is spent on his or her feet, in the ER or otherwise.  What it means is that their feet are under tremendous strain. Podiatrists, therefore, recommend shoes that offer maximum support and which go a long way in reducing the strain on the foot. With hospital wards having hard floors, the first requirement is for the shoes to have the right cushioning that reduces strain on the foot. Additionally, what is needed is to have room in the forefoot to prevent any compressive injuries and to accommodate feet that naturally expand throughout the day. Moreover, the shoes need to be slip-resistant that keep them from slipping on slick hospital floors. It is for all these reasons that Snibbs are widely recommended by podiatrists.

The foremost requirement, when your job requires you to stand all day, is to go for shoes that have a supportive insole that prevents fatigue as well as reduces strain on various parts of the foot. Ensure also to opt for shoes that have a deep heel cup that aligns the foot and offers comfort. A big part of hurting feet is also the fact that when you stand all day, your feet swell up and the shoes do not have the requisite space. It is important, therefore, to opt for shoes that have a wide toe box. Snibbs shoes encompass all of the above features and  offer all-day comfort and support for those on their feet all day.

The most commonly reported symptoms from standing for extended periods are fatigue and discomfort affecting the feet, knees and lower back.  Each year a number of sick days are reported on account of work-related ill-health and a sizable percentage is to do with disorders affecting the lower limbs. Among other things, standing on your feet all day can result in:

- Swollen feet
- Muscle soreness and fatigue
- Knee problems
- Varicose veins
- Plantar fasciitis, and more

Fortunately most of these are issues, which supportive footwear can help with.

If you have flat feet, the one thing you need to guard against is over-pronation. For this, you need shoes with a deep heel cup as well as a midsole that is designed for pronation control. In fact, the shoe should also allow for your custom inserts or orthotics, if required. It is also important to remember that pronation causes the foot to widen, so a narrow toe box is absolutely avoidable. As a thumb rule it will help to keep in mind that if your feet are stiff, you need to look for adequate cushioning in the shoe, while if you have flexible feet, you need to look for shoes that provide adequate arch support.

If you suffer from plantar fasciitis, here is what you need to look for in your footwear:

- Arch and heel support
- Cushioning in the midfoot
- Rigidity in the sole
- Firm heel counter

All of the above will prevent impact on the heel and works well in controlling pain that arises due to plantar fasciitis.

Snibbs provide support in many cases for users with plantar fasciitis. However, if you have a very high arch, you will need to switch the Snibbs insole for one that supports your arch shape.

Shoe sizes, even though standardized, can fit you differently. Particularly, if you are looking for a half size, it can be hard to find. Inserts can come in extremely handy. If you have a shoe that is slightly big, an insert can help fill it up and provide a snug fit. In fact inserts are the go-to option when it comes to comfort, warmth and a better fit. The use of inserts can also help provide balance and stability to the foot. That you can also take it out and clean it is an added perk. All Snibbs insoles are removable and can be replaced by your own pair.

Insoles can come in different forms, you can opt for orthotic arch supports that ensure your foot maintains a healthy, natural form all day without any arch pain and over-pronation. You could also go in for cushioned arch supports that provide relief from foot fatigue. In sports shoes there could be a wide range of insoles based on the type of sports. Runners will benefit from good heel and forefoot padding, and cyclists need a stiff insole. For winter sports activities, you will need an insole that retains heat better.

Orthotics are helpful for runners as they help the foot and the lower body stay in alignment and also cushion the foot as you take to running on hard surfaces. If you suffer from plantar fasciitis, orthotics can also help absorb the impact. 

At Snibbs, we also offer shoes that have a custom formulated Ortholite insole that offers a supportive foundation and helps prevent fatigue and pain for long periods of time.

Orthotic shoes are designed to provide relief to several foot conditions. They play an important role in:

Things to keep in mind to prevent corns include:

- Wear comfortable shoes that fit well.
- Remember to opt for shoes with enough toe room so that your toes do not rub against the shoes.
- Cushioned insoles can go a long way in keeping your foot well supported.
- Keep your feet clean and dry at all times.
- Keep toenails trimmed.

If you are suffering from bunions on your feet, ensure you follow these handy tips:

- Opt for shoes that have a supportive sole as well as the low heel. Wear shoes with adequate toe room so that the pressure on the big toe is relieved.
- Soaking your feet in warm water goes a long way in reducing inflammation.
- Ice packs are also known to reduce swellings.

Although we typically associate high heels with back pain, the fact is that completely flat shoes may also not provide enough support. Flat shoes can come with a number of issues. They can put pressure on the heels and also cause tearing of the tendons. They can also result in your feet rolling inwards. This in turn will affect the alignment with the knees and hips. Back pain is the natural result of this misalignment.
