Before taking Do Not Disturb I was waking up all the time in the middle of the night. So much that my quality of life was being impacted heavily because I was always tired. When I say I’ve tried everything…I’ve tried everything. On a whim I decided to try the Do Not Disturb and since I started it I sleep through each and every night waking up fully rested. It’s truly a miracle coming from a person who always had to take naps to get through the day.
To add, I wake up also remembering every single dream which I couldn’t recall dreaming before Do Not Disturb. Thank you for making such a great product. I’m a customer for life.

I tried do not disturb, and it did not disappoint. It did help me fall asleep. I have insomnia, a pretty bad, so I was happy to try this. It might not work for everybody, I would recommend only having one comp as it can cause you to have to go to the bathroom a little bit too much Lol
