We recommend rolling up the mattress topper like a sleeping bag and then using a vacuum-sealed bag to compress the topper and storing it at room temperature.

The topper can stay in the box for 6-12 months without affecting its quality. However, we recommend keeping it out of a hot garage and stored at room temperature.

A well-fitted sheet goes over both the topper and mattress.

Any sheets 10" or deeper will fit over the topper and mattress.

We recommend measuring your mattress and adding 2-3" to know what size depth of sheets you will need.

Our toppers are designed with a non-slip bottom cover to help prevent it from sliding, and they should stay in place when paired with well-fitted sheets.

The topper weighs approximately 12-24 pounds, so it should not slip off the mattress.

While some people may be more sensitive to smells than others, we take pride in the fact that our toppers have little to no scent. If you do notice a slight smell, we recommend allowing the topper to air out for 24-72 hours before use. Our topper cover is not waterproof, if you’re concerned about any spillage occurring, we recommend getting a waterproof mattress protector to place over the topper.

We do provide a cover for our toppers, but if you're someone who likes to use a mattress pad for extra protection, that's totally up to you. However, we don't recommend using a mattress pad or protector.

Mattress protectors can trap heat and create moisture, which can lead to mold and mildew growth. If you do use a mattress pad or protector, you will need to clean your topper cover twice as much as you would need to without the protector. Our topper covers are designed to be protective and comfortable on their own.

Our 3-inch topper is a great choice for side sleepers who are looking for an extra inch of plush comfort and protection from dorm mattresses, making it a popular choice among customers. On the other hand, our 2-inch topper is a great option for those who prefer a medium-firm sleep experience and for those who have height restrictions on top bunks.

We would recommend the 3-inch topper for extra support from a dorm mattress. However, both our 2-inch and 3-inch toppers have received positive feedback from customers and it ultimately depends on your personal preference.
