We’ll continue to update this page, so bookmark it and check back here if you have any questions. We’re pretty slow to answer emails right now (we’re getting A LOT), so this will be the quickest way to get the latest information. We last updated this post on 25 May.

So are you back in stock yet?

For the most part! Our sites in the US, UK and AU are up and running (and ready for your order). To keep things under control, we'll be still be limiting one box of toilet paper, tissues and paper towels per customer.

Does that apply to subscribers?

If you’re a subscriber, you don’t have to worry about a thing. We have stock set aside so your deliveries aren’t interrupted. However, we’re not allowing subscribers to add extra boxes to their orders right now. Keeping subscriber order volumes predictable for the next few months will help us get back on track faster.

Thanks for hanging in there while we navigate these crazy times. We always had an inkling that our customers were the best, but this whole situation has really proven it. Stay safe and we’ll talk soon.
