Refund policy

We want you to be 100% satisfied. We will refund, replace or exchange any item that doesn’t arrive in perfect condition within 30 days of purchase. Please email us at support@sea2table.com with your order number and a description of your delivery.

Note that your order is packed in eco-friendly insulation with plenty of dry ice to ensure that it stays frozen during transit. On the rare occasion that the box is damaged or delayed (due to weather or a carrier mishap), we do not recommend re-freezing the fish once it has begun to thaw. Any items that are no longer cold to the touch should be discarded and not eaten.
