They lost my order!

I've ordered from Sea to Table several times. With previous orders there were no issues; however, they completely dropped the ball on my most recent order. After waiting one week for it to arrive, I emailed the company to say I hadn't yet received it. A few hours later I received an automated email informing me that a shipping label had just been created. So, it's obvious they lost the order. It might never have shipped if I hadn't written to them. I requested a partial refund. They sent me a coupon code for $25 toward my next order. I'm quite dissatisfied with this experience and will look for a more reliable online supplier of sea food.

Good fish and customer service

The quality of Sea to Table's fish is always very good. I've given it as a present to several people and they've loved it too. Plus Sea to Table has good customer service, both by email and phone. I've always gotten a quick resolution to issues, including having new orders sent out when packages have gone astray.

EZ Peel Jumbo Gulf Shrimp

This shipment I ordered EZ Peel jumbo gulf shrimp which is advertised as deveined & easy peel. 30% (3 of 10 total) of them were not deveined or EZ peel. I ended up having to inspect each one, devein & split the shell. Unfortunately I didn’t notice it until after I had already cooked them so the sauce/herbs were washed off after deveining them & cooled them down which decreased enjoyment of the meal. Lesson learned

Always always receive the best seafood

Always always receive the best seafood! Quick shipment, always frozen solid, packaged neatly and stores easily in the freezer without taking up much room! I really like that!

Best customer service on the planet!

I had delivery issues with 2 salmon lovers boxes. Sea to table was not responsible for the problem. However when my shipment arrived warm without any ice left, Sean at sea to table stayed in constant contact and reshipped the order immediately. No questions asked. I can't say enough about this quality product, company and service. I'm a customer for life!

Exceptional service and great seafood

When FedEx delivered my order to the wrong address, Sea to Table customer service was amazing. They immediately shipped out a replacement order. When the second delivery also has issues and was delayed 2 days, customer service assured me that if the seafood was not fresh when it arrived, they’d replace it as well. The fish was so well packed, it arrived still partially frozen. All seafood I’ve gotten from S2T has always been to quality. Can’t recommend them more highly.

Highly recommend

The packaging and shipping on this is excellent. Mine happened to be delivered on one of the hottest days of the year (temps close to 100 degrees) and it was delivered when I wasn't home so it was left sitting on my porch for several hours. When I arrived home, everything was still 100% frozen (not even slightly melted) and there was still a good amount of dry ice that hasn't even melted yet. The quality of the fish is excellent with nice size portions, very meaty and great tasting! I will definitely be a repeat customer.

High quality fish and company

Easy ordering, good advance notice of shipping and delivery, perfect serving sizes with no waste, specific catch ID labels, well packed in dry ice. We've been ordering through Sea to Table for several years and are always pleased with the quality and packaging and shipping of our orders. Really appreciate the support given to local small catch fisher people. Please keep it up!

Healthy Tasty Food

My wife and I were looking for heart healthy food and Sea toTable delivers high quality sea food rapidly with great instructions on storage and preparation. It is also great to know they care about freshness and taking care of our oceans natural habitat. Thank God for ocean fish being delivered to our door.

Great quality and delivery!

The quality and delivery was great- as I'd hoped. I was nervous about the transit time, however, the recycled packing insulation and dry ice worked perfectly to keep my order frozen through the delivery process. The quality of the seafood ( so far) has been great. Customer service via email has been very responsive to my questions as well. I do recommend this sustainable seafood company!

When you’re landlocked and craving fresh fish …

When you’re landlocked and craving fresh fish, sea to table is one of the best options we’ve found. The sourcing is very important to us and this site provides that with reliable information. Delivery is guaranteed to be frozen and despite heat waves in past, we’ve never had a problem. The choice is good and portions appropriate (although not terribly generous). It might seem pricey to some, but we understand the cost of fresh, quality fish and are willing to pay for it. I find that stocking up my freezer allows me options and allows free shipping since I bundle an array of things.

It’s just great.

I really love this service/product/gift from the ocean. My wife and I moved away from NYC to a landlocked and generally less seafood bountiful town. Among a few other things, I miss the fish from our last neighborhood. Thanks to the peeps at Sea2Table, I get more fish options than just salmon, salmon, salmon. (And the quality is better than your average grocery store’s fish)
The well labeled, frozen, vacuum-packed parcels wait for you in your freezer until you want to use them (taking away that nervous feeling of having a scaled and finned, time-bomb-of-sea-smells in your fridge threatening to go off if you don’t cook it immediately!)
Great job, Sea2Table! Keep up the good work.

I like how I can decently customize…

I like how I can decently customize what I am getting, Fish is packaged well and arrives in dry ice. Their customer service gets a 20 out of 10, responds immediately and is very helpful. Fish has always been fresh and tastes amazing. My boxes usually consist of tuna, Salmon and Halibut.

Great seafood - better customer service!

We’ve been getting Sea2Table now for about 3 years. The seafood is very good and the portions are great for the two of us. But what is head and shoulders above the rest is customer service. Twice our package has been lost or destroyed. I reached out to customer service and they reshipped the order - no questions asked. Customer service is always quick to respond and always helpful. I would give 10 stars if I was allowed.

The Alaskan Halibut we receive in our…

The Alaskan Halibut we receive in our monthly subscription is always on time, perfect portion sized and fresh when thawed, much better than what shows up in our grocer’s fresh fish case, not to mention more reasonably price. We are very pleased with Sea To Table and have no plans to change suppliers.

Third time is the charm.

Had used a mail order service previously but it required a subscription so I had to cancel when became an empty nester. Browsing recently for another option I already had a company bookmarked when I saw Sea to Table. I like that I can place an order without subscription. The email notes from Sean are a bonus, including the family photos. The package arrived quickly & all in good order. I played Witches Kitchen as the dry ice dissolved in the sink. Had my first meal last evening & it tasted fresh with firm meat. No mushiness!

Wonderful!

First of all, the customer service is wonderful! My order was delayed a couple of days because it was so close to the weekend and Sea to Table did not want the shipment sitting for a time in a warehouse. The company was in constant contact with me. I cooked the Pacific Cod last night and it was so delicious, the texture was incredible! I can't wait to try the salmon and shrimp!

Black Cod is a fish lover's Delight!

This is my 2nd time ordering from Sea 2 Table and they do not disappoint! Their customer service is Steller and their website is easy to use. The seafood arrives well packed and ready to go into the freezer! And the freshness and sweetness of their black cod??!! FANTASTIC! You would swear you're eating Chilean Sea Bass, it's so good! And better priced!!
