They lost my order!
I've ordered from Sea to Table several times. With previous orders there were no issues; however, they completely dropped the ball on my most recent order. After waiting one week for it to arrive, I emailed the company to say I hadn't yet received it. A few hours later I received an automated email informing me that a shipping label had just been created. So, it's obvious they lost the order. It might never have shipped if I hadn't written to them. I requested a partial refund. They sent me a coupon code for $25 toward my next order. I'm quite dissatisfied with this experience and will look for a more reliable online supplier of sea food.
