Disappointing delivery

We spent a long time researching beds & headboards & finally decided French Bedroom Love Story was for us. The samples we received were great, service on the phone was great. Waiting time was as described. The one thing that stopped us giving 5 stars was the delivery. I paid for white glove delivery to save us having to put it together. The delivery men did not take their shoes off, certainly didn’t wear white gloves! Didn’t take away any of the packaging…we had to cut it all up & take it to our recycling centre & to top it all they took the spanner & allen key away with them. We were not impressed.

Pretty looking dressing table

The mirrors do not sit as I thought they might and one of the trims is not fitting properly. The delivery men were very helpful and were very respectful of my property.

The Blue French Toile is a quality…

The Blue French Toile is a quality duvet. In fact, I ordered the pillow covers to go with it. It arrived promptly too, which was nice. I’ve used this company on numerous occasions, which emphasises how highly I rate them. 👍🏻

Easy ordering process from a very clear…

Easy ordering process from a very clear website. The delivery gentlemen were exceptional and carried the 4 rather large boxes upstairs for me too!! Above and beyond most deliveries I get.

Extremely pleased with my new bed. Excellent all round service

The delivery men were wonderful

The delivery men were wonderful. Very efficient and a clean job.
I'm loving Colin, in the office. I had a couple of queries and he sorted them straight away.
I'm absolutely chuffed with the quality of the furniture and mattress. Not found very often these days!

i ordered some lamps and bedding…

i ordered some lamps and bedding recently and was astonished at how quickly they were delivered. Delicate glass lamps were carefully and safely packaged in cardboard boxes. The lamps look fantastic on bedside tables.
It was great to see bedding packaged in fabric bags rather than plastic. The duvet covers and sheets washed wonderfully well and are so soft. Will certainly buy from this company again. Thank you

Bed, Chest of Drawers & Bedside Cabinets

I have bought a bed, chest of drawers and two bedside cabinets from The French Bedroom Company. The quality of the bed and 'Provencal' furniture is excellent and I'm delighted with all of it. It all looks really lovely in our bedroom. Customer service is very good, friendly, polite, customer focused team. Delivery is good and the people who deliver the furniture are again, friendly, polite, unpack everything and put the furniture in the room of your choice. They also ask if you're happy with everything before they leave. I would definitely buy from here again.

Wow just wow 🤩

Although I had to wait wow it was worth it,My bed is beautiful actually even nicer in real and that I didn’t think was possible elegant and stylish with tables to match.
I was well informed and it actually came earlier than I was expecting. Regarding the white coat service well it was fantastic and would highly recommend.
This company overall deserves a great review, wish other companies had there customer values.

French Bedroom never disappoint

French Bedroom never disappoint. Great furniture (gorgeous, perfect, functional, great attention to detail); great service (very polite; more attention to detail); great little personal gestures (like sending us an additional tonsil we wanted – in a different colour); and even great delivery (the deliveryman even unpacked the chair and took away the cardboard).

In a nutshell: Wow.

End to end excellence

Would highly recommend French Bedroom. Our new super king is absolutely divine and looks so luxurious. The website was easy (with the ability to order samples helping us check the colour) and the delivery was really straightforward. Brilliant from end to end.

The perfect bedcover

After searching quite a long time for a particular colour palette, I ordered the Chai Latte hand block printed bed spread and it’s totally perfect. It arrived very promptly, beautifully and carefully wrapped. I was impressed with the whole range of quilts on the website, and the purchasing process has been overseen very efficiently but still with the personal response that makes shopping with distinctive, individual brands such a pleasure. Easy web site

Easy web site. Clear measurements. Lovely designs. Reasonable prices on standard sizes but expensive for larger ones. I wd like to buy a largef bed cover but a bit put off by the cost. Good packaging & efficient delivery.

Much cheaper elsewhere

The Superking duvet cover and pillow cases are lovely and they have washed well.
My order arrived quickly and communication with the courier was good.
Both quality and delivery cannot be faulted. However, I was disappointed to find the same item available from Amazon at a whopping £35 cheaper than the price I paid from French Bedroom.
Needless to say, I ordered a second set from the cheaper supplier.

This was customer service at it's best

This was customer service at it's best. A quality that seems to have disappeared with so many companies in today's climate. It was so refreshing to deal with a company who was proud of it's product, which was quality made, and made the customer experience a joy. The online order went smoothly, I received an email explaining how the process would work. I was regularly kept fully up to date with what was happening, it was delivered sooner than expected. I received a telephone call to confirm what would happen on delivery and how to deal with everything, which was very pleasing. Two delivery men, extremely polite, very quick and methodical, a joy to deal with from beginning to end. I will definitely recommend your company to others, I cannot sing your praises enough. Other companies would do well to follow your lead! Thank you for such an excellent service.

Excellent service throughout!

Excellent service throughout. The bedroom furniture is stunning and top notch quality. I’d highly recommend. Even the delivery service was posh and the two guys were brilliant, shoes off at the door before setting foot in the house, which is always a good sign.
