Ordered knee high XL camo nowhere close to 30in stretch. My diabetic, neuropathy & lymphedema leg was at 25in an barely got over calf. Will never order from this company again!

These black viasox cost $40 w shipping & I would gladly pay that if they were comfortable.
The top of the sox strangled my calf (actually right under my knee) & caused considerable pain. My legs are not big either. Not satisfied.

What is still wrong is the better question.
Ordered 26th February and still no delivery.
Had contact with Viasox on several occasions but apparently not capable of solving this problem.
First the order got lost, sent them again. Now delivery with snailmail apparently. Still no sox.
Very very very disappointing

I bought a pair for my husband, where he wears 2 socks, and sometimes wool in the summer to get enough comfort and cushion. With the cost of socks and shipping, I spend nearly 30.00 and he didn’t care for them because the 3 layers were not enough cushion for him and they didn’t stay up, they slid down his leg through out the day.

These socks are total garbage completely misrepresented I have very large legs and they say that they will fit, they don't their tight they're uncomfortable you play heck getting them on and when you do get them on and move around they roll down save your money don't buy these

This company is a sham. The socks according to their sizing chart were way too large for us. I tried sending them back to an address that they provided that was in Newfoundland that didn’t exist. This company is completely useless as are their products. DO NOT buy anything from these fraudulent individuals!! Save your money and buy from a reputable site.

Went on a World cruise and was gone for 138 days and when walking long distance or just walking on the ship I used my compression socks every time. I love them. I love the cute design. My feet never hurt and my legs never swelled. Got a lot of compliments on how cute they were. A lot of women legs swelled and I told them about Viasox. I highly recommend them. I will never stop wearing them. That’s why I have ordered more of the compression socks. Thank you Viasox.

Love the extra padding on the sole of the crew socks but wish they did not have the black band at the top would have preferred it finish with the design. Also found the foot socks, again comfortable but slides down as you walk.

I love these socks and I agree with some of these reviews that they can be very difficult to get on. However, if you purchase a sock assist device that cures the problem. I do agree that these socks are overpriced, but I like them enough that I have bought several pairs. My biggest complaint is that after wearing most of my socks a few times the heels blow out and the hole spreads quick enough that the sock is then useless. Thank you, please find a way to lower your prices!

When ordering I sized up from the size chart recommendation and still was unable to put the socks on when they arrived, it caused a lot of pain attempting to put them on. Customer service assured me they were made for calf sizes up to 18 inches, I am within that range and yet was unable to use the socks. I asked for an exchange on these expensive socks, not even a refund, and was denied. The packaging that arrived with the socks states that if the socks are the wrong size to contact their customer service, but there was no service. They were completely unhelpful. Would not recommend wasting your time or money.

I think perhaps my expectations were a little too high. The socks are easier to get on than medical compression stockings, however, they need to have a little more length.
I measured everything carefully before putting in my order, but the socks that arrived do not go all the way up my calf as i would prefer them to. They stop just above mid calf and, as such, the top band has a tendency to then roll down my calf causing significant discomfort.

Knee diabetic socks are different lengths some were 18 inches and some 20 inches. The 20 inch ones fit just below the knee which is correct. Viasox kept telling me different reason why which didn't make any sense

I was disappointed by the socks I ordered as they were too short for my fat legs. They just came a bit over halfway up the calf. But the stretched nicely. I gave them to my sister and they fit her fine. Is there any way to get a longer sock in a medium foot length?
