I absolutely love this app an the company it represents. Their products are wonderful. You get the quality you pay for. The notifications when limited editions, specials or sales are wonderful an keep you in the know so you don't miss out on exclusives. You can chat with CS straight thru the chat option on the app. Keep track of orders, rewards, etc. I don't even use the website as I only use the app. It will be even more wonderful when they add the personalization feature to the app.

All the payment options available online (ex: Afterpay) aren't available on the app. So if you're VIP & have early access on the app, you can't use Afterpay at checkout. Which means you may lose out on what you want because you have to wait till the item is released publicly to purchase. Also when clicking on notifications, it doesn't go to the item I was notified about.

Won't load. Just shows the Brumate logo and doesn't ever finish loading. Tried clearing cache and data and uninstalling and reinstalling...same result.
