I couldn’t recommend Chisholm Hunter any more! I found a gorgeous ring I fell in love with on their website and decided I would love it as my wedding ring however, I wanted my wedding ring to be platinum and they only offered yellow gold, white gold and rose gold so I reached out to them to see if the ring could be made for me in platinum and they were so kind, accommodating and helpful! They were super quick in responding and so lovely to deal with, it was a wonderful experience from start to finish and you can really tell they take pride in what they do! The ring box is stunning as well! Thank you so much I couldn’t be happier!

Ordered a ring for my Mum, the ring was excellent for the price. It was slightly too big so exchanged it for the smaller size. They called me to say they didn’t have one in stock so they resized the original one. Delivery and customer service were excellent would highly recommend

I was very pleased with purchase which looks even better on delivery than web photos and description.
Delivery very quick and I really liked the presentation box which stands out from most other retailers packaging and added to the quality feel of the necklace bought.

From start to finish Darcy was an absolute pleasure to deal with regarding the purchasing of my brand new Tag Heuer watch from Chisolm Hunter. I had purchased a Rado Captain Cook watch. The watch was not in its original condition. The plastic protector wrapping was removed from the metal buckles. The warranty card and manual were missing. I had to write numerous emails in order to get the order sorted. When warranty card and manuals were received later, both were full of scratches. There were many fallacies when tried to resolve the issues. I ended up contacting Rado to get the authentic information. It’s first and last time that I will be buying anything from this company. Avoid this company.

I had a significant Birthday coming up and my husband and I had been shopping in Leeds for a diamond ring to mark the occasion. I knew what I wanted but hadn’t seen it in any other jewellers until I found the perfect ring in the window of Chisholm Hunter. I was helped by Diane who was so helpful and lovely, she’d only worked there for a few weeks but her professionalism and friendly demeanour were spot on. The ring I chose wasn’t available in my size so Jordan came to assist Diane and rang another of their stores to source the ring in my size. When he told me the ring would be delivered to store in a few days I burst into tears with happiness and we were treated to a glass of fizz for me and a beer for my husband! We chatted for ages and between them Diane and Jordan made the whole experience really really special, it really did make my day and I’ll not forgot how they made me feel. Wonderful people helping make special memories!

I recently contacted your Warrington Branch on behalf of my son to check for an item of jewellery. I have to give a special mention to Laura who went above and beyond to obtain 2 different sizes of the item for my son to compare. Went in to look for a watch for a special birthday. Olivia made the experience really easy. She was well informed, friendly and helpful. Olivia listened to what I was looking for and offered different options from different brands to help me make my decision.

I was originally looking at another item online and changed my mind, however, the next day another item caught my eye and coincided with a message from the Websales Team, who managed to source the exact item I wanted for a very good price. This saved me trying to shop all over the country and web for it. It was dispatched Royal Mail 48hr, and arrived the next day. Absolutely, brilliant. Fantastic Service.

Huge thanks to Lynn and the rest of the team for helping to buy a very special 50th birthday present. I felt like a friend rather than a customer and they were determined to help me find the perfect watch.
Every requirement was understood and delivered.
I took my wife into the Dundee shop to take out some links and she was treated to a beautiful bunch of flowers and a glass of Prosecco as we waited. Lynn chatted with us until the watch was ready.

My purchase was a fantastic one as the price was better than the two other rivals I checked earlier.
The delivery was quick and in time. Item was well packaged to prevent any damage. I love my item as it was exactly as shown online.
