Always easy to order

Always easy to order, speedy delivery.
Had a little hiccup with our last one....
Shaula, gave us excellent Customer service and she did everything she could to make things better for us for next time.
Ruby our puppydog loves her Edgard Cooper meals.

Very good service

Very good service , easy to order and you don’t ave to subscribe although if you go there is a nice discount offer , good choice of products the food comes in meal size tins and my 4 cats all seem to be liking it . The tins are boxed nice and securely and very quick delivery .

Amazing food

Amazing food. My dog will not eat anything else. Never any food left in the bowl, she picks it clean. I'm impressed with the company, I had one mistake, they rectified it straight away. Brilliant service, price is good, I'mvery much a happy mummy

Two yearl old dog with digestive issues

I have a two-year-old Pomeranian who has been having digestive issues. One of the support team members helped me out with all my queries and provided me with valuable advice on how my dog could switch and transition to Edgar Cooper's food. Their food is more natural and their hypoallergenic products are suitable for sensitive dogs like mine. My dog loves their strawberry dental sticks in particular.

when you pack the wet food

when you pack the wet food, you have to be more careful because two of the cans were crushed and by the time I open the box they stunk because all the liquid had leaked out and had to throw them away and I think that’s just a waste when they’re putting in the box there has to be something to hold them still they shake around and shipping and so that’s my complaint

Prompt delivery & great service as…

Prompt delivery & great service as always. Plus our dog really enjoys eating his biscuits. Granted he has one favourite but loves them, & always has them for supper. He has to take omeprozole for his tummy, & they have never upset him. He thinks they are a treat! Thank you

Risky - caused colitis in my cats

Bought some of the salmon kibble for our two cats, who became quite unwell with colitis. Very annoying as it cost over £30 for a small bag, which couldn’t be used or returned. Asked for a refund and was refused. Really poor customer service, I wouldn’t recommend it, very little care for the customer or animals involved.

We're terribly sorry to hear that you had this experience and that your cats suffered from a new bout of colitis. Some cats and dogs need time to adapt to a new recipe, especially if they didn't eat grain-free products before. For this reason, we always suggest a gradual transition between other food brands and Edgard & Cooper, or between grain-containing and grain-free foods.

We understand that you had done a transition diet for your cats, however as you've explained that they previously suffered from this ailment, we would normally suggest extending the transition period to a much longer timeframe.

Had a positive experience when…

Had a positive experience when navigating through the website to order what I wanted. Had a little bit of trouble with getting my details accepted and with payment, which was frustrating, but all worked out in the end. NB I'm at an age where I was not brought up with technology so I am in no way techno savvy, but managed to get where I needed to be eventually.
Order was delivered quickly and I got notification of where my order was and when it would be delivered.
All in all, a positive experience.

Excellent Customer Service

Delivery had been made to my previous address in London. (I now live in Hove) E&C arranged a new delivery after I message them on Whats App.I'm happy and so are my dogs!
