Lovely looking watch and the tritium tubes glow brilliantly at night. The only slight problem is with the rubber strap. I love the look of it but I have a smaller wrist size and the design of the strap means the strap bulges out a bit too much, however, over a wetsuit would be absolutely fine. I have put a Zuludiver 400 mkII strap on mine and it looks amazing.

Had the watch less than a year and woke up one morning to find the silicone strap sheared in half. Contacted night through the chatbot and by email and heard absolutely nothing. There's no contact phone number for them. If you want to buy something you'll hear from them but the minute something goes wrong and you can't wear or use the product they can't be seen or heard. Yet another British organisation that is keen to take your hard earned money but doesn't respond when something needs rectifying. I won't be buying from this lot again.

Recently bought HAWK NIGHT FALL GREEN | ORANGE TRITIUM T100, extremely happy with the purchase. Only one thing to consider with this model, it is too bright for tactical environment… feels like walking around with a cyalum strapped to your wrist.

I have a Nite Icon. After six years of daily wear the leather strap was experiencing problems; whilst the strap itself was still going strong, the two keepers (fabric backed plastic) had worn out. Fortunately, I had purchased a replacement strap when I ordered the watch. Sadly, I had neglected to buy replacement sprung pins, and the old ones were rather bent. I went to the Nite website expecting to be charged a fortune but was delighted to find that the pins were only £2 a pair, and my joy was unalloyed to see that the postage was free. Well done, Nite! How very refreshing to deal with a company which looks after it's customers.

Great service, I've had the MX10 for a good few years and it's never let me down. The strap eventually broke and I ordered a new one which arrived within a few days, even got a free money clip!

I purchased the Nite MX10 and thoroughly recommend this watch and Nite as a seller. I received a 10% discount and found the website easy to use. I ordered the version with the blue second hand and was able to change my order to the red second hand version within 24 hours. I received a message from a Nite employee confirming this and checking if there was anything else he could do to help. Great service. Watch received and it’s top notch. High build quality and well sized; it’s an excellent watch and exactly what I wanted. The tritium tubes are the main draw for me and just look cool. If it works for the SAS, it works for me! I’m working on the loyalty bonus for points that make prizes and already eyeing up another Nite watch.

I bought an Alpha Shadow and it is the easiest watch to read in any lighting of all watches I have owned; including four Tritium watches. On first view I thought it was functional but not flashy. The longer I have it, the more I appreciate the understated elegance. It is simply gorgeous while being functional and reliable.

I have a Nite watch that is out of warranty time. The winder broke and I sent it off with a request for a quote for repair. Nite got back to me recognising that it was out of warranty but carrying out the repair free of charge and shipping it back to me. Absolutely excellent service and highly recommended

I have owned the mx10 for roughly 2 years, this is the 2nd time the strap has snapped on me.It is a great face, extremely easy to see, however there is definitely a design flaw as far as the strap goes.The first time I got in touch with the company they suggested I spend £90 on a steel bracelet! I don't want a steel bracelet, the whole reason for me buying the watch was the aesthetic.This time I have spent £30 on a replacement strap.It arrived no problem, however , the day after I recieved it I got an email from Nite with a "special" offer,20% off straps purchased from them? I thought this was a total Mickley take and it just feels like really bad aftercare. I won't be buying any more Nite products and I can't recommend them to any one wanting an everyday watch.

My second Nite watch, MX10. Quick delivery, all as expected.
I noticed the slight hollowing of the polymer strap, so that it does not stick to the wrist. The watch came set to the local date and time, as if his heart beat all the way to me :)

Nite has the most responsive customer service I've experienced with an online provider. Their products are exceptional as well. I get compliments all the time. I purchased my first Alpha over five years ago, and despite wearing it often, it still looks brand new. BTW, I compared the brightness of the tritium on that watch with the one I bought a week ago, and they are the same. Very satisfied!
