My order is always delivered within 2 days. Excellent service.My son started me on vapengin, I had tried so many to try & quit the dreaded cigarettes. Finally found one I like cool mint is really refreshing. From a heavy smoker I'm now down to 6 a day. Gots to try harder to stop all together. I'm nearly there! I actually think the vape tasts nicer.

Excellent, great offers on disposable multi buys and super fast delivery (which is currently free with Royal Mail arriving the next day!) these guys even chuck in free vapes from time to time. Great customer incentive scheme. Cannot fault

Unfortunately had to give four stars because was not notified about when the product was being delivered so lack of communication. Products are great average price and good value for money. Can't complain about the company it's good ,but had to give 4 stars for that reason. Would use again.

I bought a Voopoo V Mate e and it arrived the next day, then I bought another in a different colour and that arrived the day after too. I then bought a red one and they contacted me to say it was out of stock and did I want another colour? Communication was good and their response was quick. I would recommend.

Great service from Vape Superstore! If a product is faulty (which happens quite a lot with disposables) they refund it quickly and seamlessly. They ship out fast and are delivered very quickly also. They also have great deals on their website. Would definitely recommend!

I had to throw away all the juices I received, I have never had to do this in my time vaping.
The flavour profiles where not labelled accurately at all. So literally £30 down the toilet.
I won't be using this company again, sorry.

Couldn’t rate these guys more. Bought my first non disposable nicotine vape from here, was overwhelmed by all the options to say the least. The guides were super helpful, I knew what type of device I wanted and what type of liquid to buy. 6 months later I’m still using the same device and have been completely smoke free since its arrival.
