Placed an order,even one being pre order for 9th of June didn’t realised both items would be sent then so contacted lullabellz and faith and keeley both helped me and got the pre order one cancelled for me and my other one will be sent out same day. Great customer service.

So I needed colour matching today, I had a shade in mind but needed a professional opinion before I went forward. I spoke to Faith, she was so lovely and was soo helpful. She got back to me so quickly and honestly couldn't have done anymore to help me. I was also correct on my match xxx

With being a natural blonde I always struggle finding the right shade. Maisy was sooo helpful and friendly💞 She managed to find the perfect shade for me! Thank you Maisy for your quick responses! The hair is great quality and couldn’t believe how much hair you got for the price!

Avoid. It sheds and tangles before you even use them! Just got to your local hair supply store or order elsewhere. Hoping I get a refund atleast, also colour match is so off for the synthetic extensions. Only pro was free next day delivery and the packaging was nice that’s it

There was a delay in order being sent due to an it being out of stock. I wasn't notified about this until I chased where order was. I was refunded the out of stock item and my delivery upgraded to next day to compensate. I still didn't receive my order due to a system error not updating at LullaBellz warehouse so went on live chat and spoke with Faith. She was amazing and liaised directly with her warehouse manager whilst chatting with me who was picking my order as we spoke. I have been assured that I will receive my extensions by 1pm tomorrow, just in time for the trip I wanted them for! Disappointed in the dispatch time for my order, but cannot fault the lovely team LullaBellz have in their customer support. Faith was brilliant, and went out of her way to make sure I get my order. If i do get it by 1pm tomorrow, I will most definitely edit this review to 5*.

Faith was great with assisting and colour matching my hair. She was also very helpful when it came to the returns process as I had originally ordered the wrong shade. She has been very informative and lovely throughout!

I have ordered from Lulla Bellz in the past when I had black hair and experience was good. The extensions are nice, ok price and easy to match when you are a black as the only colour you need is black. Only thing I will say is they definitely do tangle and go bad after a few wears.
Now that I have been exploring auburn hair colour I purchased some different red synthetic hair extensions to match.
Some in Mixed Auburn and some in Copper Red. Both colours do not look the same to that on the website.
Mixed Auburn looks a lovely ginger vibrant auburn in the photo on website but it’s much lighter and more of a mousy browny blonde colour.
The Copped Red looks like a darker auburn on the website but it’s again much lighter and redder with even a light pink undertone in it.
Unfortunately I opened the packaging as couldn’t hold against my head and tell properly what they would look like so couldn’t return. I just wanted to warn others to not go by photos on website as they are not similar to that of the real thing. And to always order a sample hair piece before hand to avoid loosing a lot of money like me 😐.

I ordered some hair extensions.. but they were to dark.. so the returns was so easy ..Very helpful team.. You can WhatsApp them to sort out any problems.. I received a message straight away .. I ordered 5 piece hair I did however get the wrong colour which was my fault as I didn’t bother to get a colour match then I ended up dying my hair dark. Maisy was brilliant in customer service she helped and was very kind I returned the extentions unopened and received my credit online as soon as they received the hair back and I ordered my correct colour overall great customer service and easy to return hair back if you do get the wrong colour will definitely order from here again

Why I didn’t receive my order when I paid for the next day delivery? It’s happened second time with this company when I purchase the extensions and pay for the next day delivery but not receiving them on time. I’m paying extra for the next day delivery and getting standard delivery?

Please avoid this company, awful quality of fake hair pieces. Shedding and really knotty ratty hair.
Wouldn’t arrange a return with me, customer service is just like talking to a brick wall.
