Our non-stick coating is made without PFOAs, cadmium and lead. Even better? It’s proven to last up to 37x longer than ceramic (most non-stick pans last 2-3 years at most).
The edge of this pan curves ever so slightly outwards, and its hollow handle stays cool, which makes for easy pouring even at 10.5”.

Excellent functionality and design. This is my second “The Coated Pan” and half of my motivation was to get that beautiful “Mineral” coloured pan coating in my kitchen. My only “complaint” is that your marketing gurus miss the boat in naming the colour. “Mineral” is much too prosaic a name for this glowing emerald coating!

I've used it a couple of times already, and it's perfect. The color is also beautiful. I got the blue. Very nice pan with good weight. Handle stays cool.
