Hi there,I have a segment filtered for all customers who have ordered at least once from my Shopify store. I sent this segment an email a few weeks ago. Now that I want to send another email, I only see a few customers. It looks like the segment is only showing customers that have ordered from my store since the last email was sent. I can’t figure out how to get all the customers who have ordered back into the segment.Any ideas?
We have enabled Global UTMs to apply to our emails. Our emails often include url links that are for other businesses. For example, we link to instagram.com or eventbrite.com. The Global UTMs are applying to all links, but we would like them to only apply to those with our personal company domain. We send emails often, so it’s not ideal to have to manually apply UTM parameters on every email (message level). Question: is it possible to select a domain with which UTM parameters are applied in Global utm parameter settings? Or Is it possible to exclude utm parameters from some links and still have global utm parameters enabled?

Hello,Recently, I've been getting these computer-generated sign-ups like:XXXX+sdf8yf@gmail.com and their locations are like weird international places.Screenshot from a segment I built (with some deletions for privacy)My question is are they spammers or is this the new privacy feature that apple users. Or VPN features?I know that the + sign is a way of redirecting your emails within Gmail, not sure if it works in other systems.Because I have been getting a few and wither way it sucks for working out legit customers.PS: I know I can activate double opt-in to prevent spam.
Hi All, the company I've just started at imported contacts without adding in the previously accepted marketing consent. Can I add this in retrospectively? and if so, what timestamp should I add in? The first consent from the previous ESP? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated

I have the FB pixel installed correctly via Shopify > Preferences and it's tracking my events. However, when using Klaviyo forms I am trying to track form submissions as lead events. As per Klaviyo instructions, I've added a callback to the bottom of my theme.liquid directly above </body><script> window.addEventListener("klaviyoForms", function(e) { if (e.detail.type == 'submit') { fbq(‘track’, ‘Lead’) } }); </script> However, the fbq(‘track’, ‘Lead’) line is throwing this error in the console: "Uncaught SyntaxError: Invalid or unexpected token" (on page load, not form submit) and the event is not tracking on form submit. Any ideas where I've gone wrong and/or how to properly track Shopify/Klaviyo form submissions as leads in Facebook?
I’m having an issue with the 1st purchase anniversary flow. I can’t figure out why the “conditional split” puts every customer in “Waiting”… I used Klaviyos template to create the flow.It has been active for over a month and no email has been sent yet. Any ideas of why this might happen?
Hello,I am trying to figure out a work-around for Unbounce and Klaviyo. I currently have them integrated using the webhook but any additional Unbounce landing pages I create all go to the same Klaviyo List. I would like them to be separated somehow. Any ideas on how to do this?Thanks!!
