Frequently Asked Questions

How do I wash and care for my Jambys?

Our recommendation is always to cold wash, dry on low heat. With any natural fiber, the less heat, the better.

How easy is it to return or exchange my Jambys?

Very easy. Just check out our returns portal here. If you have any issues, email us at hello@jambys.com and we'll process your return.

When can I return or exchange my Jambys?

Most brands give you a 30-day returns or exchange period. We give you 77 full days to wear and wash your Jambys. It's our Comfort Guarantee -- if you don't love your first order by then, we'll pay for shipping back to us.

What's the first item most people try?

Our first product was our hybrid short/boxer, also called Jambys. (Jambys by Jambys, if you will.) Those boxers with pockets are made from our first fabric, the Signature French Terry. This fabric is incredibly soft, but also breathable and cool to the touch. If you're not a shorts person, we recommend the Long Jambys.

Why do the reviews talk about your pockets? What's that about?

We mean it when we say we obsess over every detail of your Jambys. And that includes your pockets. Specifically, we design your pockets so that they can hold more, and hold more while you're sitting down. Additionally, our pockets connect to each other across the middle. This is for two reasons. The first is that it keeps the pockets from drooping to the sides when you sit. The second is that it adds two extra layers of fabric across the middle. This allows us to use lighter, more breathable fabrics on all our bottoms, while still adding a little extra modesty where it's most wanted.

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship to all 50 states, and our goal is to sell Jambys all over the world. If you're not in the states, email us (hello@jambys.com) so we know where to go next. And you'll be, like, the first person in that country with Jambys.

Where are Jambys made?

Jambys are made primarily in China and designed in Brooklyn and Scotland.
