The term has since come to describe the proliferating sleep wellness offerings now available at high-end hotels and resorts. There's Rosewood Hotel Group's "Alchemy of Sleep" retreats in 20 properties across the globe, designed to promote wellness and rest. And Canyon Ranch has held a “sleep immersion experience,” inviting doctors and experts to its Tucson resort for five days (and nights) of all things sleep.
