With flavours and aromas of juicy fruits and spices, Bushmills 16 Year Old is a whiskey that’s worth the wait. Two whiskeys are matured for 16 years, one in a bourbon barrel and the other in sherry, before being brought together in a sweet port-infused cask for up to a year. The result is a ruby-hued whiskey with layers of caramelised red berries, vanilla spice, and an almond nuttiness. This special whiskey comes with its own branded Bushmills box.Tasting Note
Aromas of treacle toffee and sweet spices are followed by flavours of caramelised peaches, mango and toasted nuts. The lingering finish has notes of jammed berries leading to a silky milk chocolate finish.Product Reviews
