5 stars for the device itself but this app needs major improvements. Almost never able to maintain a solid, consistent Bluetooth connection, which causes major issues for the device. It disconnects during sessions which is completely unacceptable! Have tried all basic troubleshooting. Cleared cache/data, uninstalled & reinstalled, and hard reset the device itself. Absolutely ridiculous with the price you're charging for this device! Come on now, put some money into developing a proper app! Smh.

READ THIS FOR CONNECTION PROBLEM: you must make sure your puffco is on a solid blue light..hold the power down for 8 seconds until solid blue. Other wise if you just turn it on, down bellow will happen. It acts like it's trying to connect, but won't. Won't connect to device. Stays at 30% and says initializing forever. Bluetooth and location are on, on the app. Pretty cool for a half a grand item.

Works pretty decent with previous peak Pro, but now loses connection in the middle of using and to have to go to pairing screen to get it to connect again and it will still show disconnected after it connects. I didn't have this issue with the previous generation peak Pro. Would also be nice if there were instructions on how much water to add or what the knob is used for and how to use it. The settings for adjusting heat profiles is also unintuitive. A setting for now vape but no explanation.
