Refund policy

For any returns, please contact us first at hello@eightouncecoffee.ca prior to shipping anything back to us. We can't guarantee you'll be eligible for a refund if you ship something back to us without reaching out to us first.

 

Any item you're not completely satisfied with can be returned up to 30 days after you receive it. The cost of the item, minus initial shipping costs will be refunded. We'd like to say "no questions asked", but we'll probably ask out of curiosity and so we can continually improve our product lines! If you would like to return something that doesn't meet the 30 day requirement, send us an email and we'll do our best to help you out. Please note that all Yard Sale items are final sale.
