This is very, very yummy. I wear a CGM, and this cereal did seem to raise glucose less than the other Catalina Crunch cereals. Maybe the berries make the difference?
I buy the cereals and the snack mixes. Absolutely LOVE them!! Great in flavor AND healthy for you. The cereal stays crunchy in milk for quite awhile, no soggy there! Sooo many choices in flavor on both the cereal's and the snack mixes. There are flavors for everyone! Oh, and I strongly suggest the autoship. I don't normally do those but these are so good I go through them quickly I have to keep them coming. lol!! And be on the look out for the seasonal flavors too. Right now is the Honey Mustard. OMG!!!! Don't wait to try it or you will miss it.

One of my favorite snacks used to be honey mustard pretzels. So when I saw you had a honey mustard snack mix I got excited! It took almost a year for it to be available but I ordered as soon as it was in stock. It met all my flavor expectations. And the variety of textures was a bonus. So good I need to be careful not eat the whole bag at once!
Catalina crunch is an excellent breakfast choice for diabetes sugar control. In my case, I struggle with gut issues so high fiber, high protein, gluten free starts me out right! The one thing I’ve noticed lately is there is a slight taste change. Please keep it as it was…we have been buying several bags at a time for close to two years! Thank you!!
I reviewed what I thought was the triple berry, which tastes like Frankenberry, but this blueberry muffin is great, needs a few more blueberries, though. I sometimes add fresh blueberries. Either way, it's simply hard to put down and stop eating.
I placed an order recently for my favorite ( Banana Chocolate) but also decided to try the Berry Blast . I WAS ASTOUNDED AT HOW GOOD IT IS!! I ordered 4 bags and am about to order 10 more. Please do not keep this as a temporary flavor. It is fantastic!!
Spicy snacks give a burst of flavor when you need a quick snack that leaves you satisfied, no way can I eat an entire serving, a handful is plenty.

The cereal is very crunchy, definitely stands up to milk. Bought these because they are half the carbs as store bought cereal.

Great tasting product! I'm a type II diabetic and love having a crunchy option other than chicharones or pork rinds. I have not tried the other products but I'm sure they are just as delicious.
The snack mix and cinnamon cereal are really good. A little too crunchy and a bit hard to chew but all in all really good. However, the vanilla cookies tasted funny. I will not order them again, but will order the snacks and cereal again.
Before the trial pack I just had cinnamon cereal. The rest of these are just delicious. The trail mix is better than the unhealthy version. Just guilt free snacks to help on my weight loss journey.
These cereals are the best. Hands down. My only criticism of the subscription is that buyers are limited to just one flavor.

My husband and I needed to find snacks/cereals that were 0 sugar and had protein content to make up for a deficiency of protein in a diet. I have now tried two flavors of your delicious cereal. My favorite is triple berry. I saw some cinnamon toast flavor at Costco so bought it to let them know they need more flavors!
