With both your bottle shop beer slingers being active runners (John being a coach for Tunbridge Wells Harriers and Joe training for Edinburgh marathon in May '22), a running club was inevitable!

Join us as we lead an easy 30 minute run around Tunbridge Wells, then all back to the shop for a complimentary beer, on the last Thursday of the month.

WHAT TIME DOES IT START?

7pm. Please arrive at least 5 mins before for a quick briefing

WHAT'S THE ROUTE?

Routes will change each month but duration will be no more than 30 mins

CAN I LEAVE MY BAG / GET CHANGED?

Absolutely. We have changing facilities and secure bag store

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

It's up to you but running shoes and some reflective clothing are a given!

DO I NEED TO BOOK?

No need to book. Just turn up and run!

DO I NEED TO BE FAST?

Absolutely not. This is a social event not a race. All abilities welcome and no runner will be left behind but ideally you'll be able run for 30 minutes without stopping.

WHAT ABOUT COVID?

It goes without saying but if you feel under the weather, please do not turn up to run, for the sake of your fellow runners. Hand sanitiser and hand washing facilities are available and please respect your fellow runner's personal space.
