I placed an order with you on the 13th April still not received it and you tell me I have on order with you, so why have you taken over £50 fro. my bank?

Horrible, DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!, they do not support postal codes to help find your address, and because of that your item will get lost in the mail or sent to wrong house, and when you try get in touch with them about changing your address or asking for them to give the delivery company your postal code they say no and keep talking about there policy and they don't give refunds or help with lost items and they don't send you a new one! I beged them to update my delivery and they said no.
