Can I return an item if it was on sale?
All items marked down 50% or more are considered final sale and cannot be returned.
Can I exchange or get store credit for a final sale item?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept any final sale items back for return, exchange or store credit. Please see our return policy here.
CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER IT WAS PLACED?
In most cases, we are not able to cancel or update an order due to the high volume of orders we receive. However, please contact our customer service department and we will do our best to help you with any changes or cancellations you would like to make.
I FORGOT TO USE MY PROMO CODE! CAN YOU APPLY IT TO MY ORDER?
Please contact our customer support within 24 hours for a store credit adjustment in the amount of your code. As long as your purchase is eligible for the promo code, we will issue a gift card for the balance.
MY PURCHASE WENT ON SALE RIGHT AFTER I ORDERED IT. CAN YOU HONOR THE SALE PRICE?
Please contact noli@thenolishop.com. If the item went on sale within 24 hours after you purchased it, we can honor the sale price by issuing a store credit in the full amount of the discrepancy.
HOW DO I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER WILL BE SHIPPED?
After your order is prepared for shipping, we will send you an email with a tracking number that will allow you to monitor the shipment of your order. Once the carrier is in possession of your order, it is considered shipped. Carriers typically scan the shipments within 24 hours of pickup. You will also receive a delivery confirmation once your order has been delivered.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes, we partner with Global-e to ship worldwide!
WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR DUTIES & TAXES?
For applicable countries, duties & taxes will be automatically calculated and displayed during checkout. Depending on the country, you will have the option to choose DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) or DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid).
Please note that if DDU is selected, you will be responsible for paying the required duties & taxes upon delivery and the shipping carrier may not release the package without payment for duties & taxes.

All tags and labels must remain on the returned garment to be eligible for returns. Final Sale items are not eligible for return.

HOW DO I UNSUBSCRIBE FROM YOUR EMAILS/TEXTS?
Simply click the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of one of our emails, or send a request via email to our customer service. For SMS, please reply ‘STOP’ to any marketing communication or email us with the phone number you wish to remove from our list.
