Fast delivery (with accurate notifications) and free returns included in the reasonable prices. Description of the Callaway solid ribbed stretch polo shirts could have been better. The body-fit lime punch colour turned my rotund shape into an apple in the mirror reflection, but the returns process is simple enough. Substituted with a second order for some Sunice shirts which fit perfectly. Will use again in future. Service recommended.

A small company, very helpful! sometimes I forget, there are small companies, who I can actually speak to a human being, to get advice, much more personal, than using online, with no contact with a fellow human being! It’s so convenient use big companies, but you certainly don’t get the personal service, that one gets from small businesses, like Golf Base!

Excellent customer service. My package went astray. They handled it politely, quickly and expertly. The model of how online shopping should work. The clothes then arrived quickly via a different carrier which I was offered at no extra cost. They fitted perfectly and exactly what I wanted.
