About CHAMPAGNE BAUDOUIN

A family business for three generations, the Jean-Pierre Baudouin champagne house welcomes you to the Côte des Bar vineyard. Elise and her brother Stéphane joined their father to run a 12 ha estate today. It is with passion that they share the work of the vines. Jean-Pierre and Stéphane devote themselves fully to the development of wines within a modern structure: a temperature-controlled stainless steel vat room to control the fermentations of the wines and develop subtle aromas.
