Kudos! What a great initiative. Love the idea – weights as analogy to the emotional weights we all carry around. I also use the analogy of weights in my emotional wellness training : teaching people to pump up ‘emotional muscles’ : building strong, flexible and agile thoughts and emotions so that when stressful  and difficult circumstances hit us, we are better equipped to bounce back.
